Personalized Ayurvedic Diet Plans

Food as medicine - tailored to your unique body constitution (Prakriti) and health needs.

At InstantAyurved, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all diet plans. Our Ayurvedic nutrition system recognizes that each individual has unique dietary needs based on their Dosha balance (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), digestive strength (Agni), and current health condition.

Ancient Wisdom

Core Principles of Ayurvedic Nutrition

Agni (Digestive Fire)

Ayurveda emphasizes maintaining strong digestive fire. We assess your Agni and recommend foods that enhance rather than overwhelm your digestion.

Proper Food Timing

Eating according to the body's natural circadian rhythms - largest meal at noon when digestive fire is strongest.

Six Tastes (Shad Rasa)

Every meal should ideally include all six tastes - sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent for complete nutrition.

Sample Daily Ayurvedic Meal Plan

Morning (6-8am):

Warm lemon water with honey (detoxifies)
Soaked almonds & figs (energy boost)

Breakfast (8-9am):

Khichdi (moong dal with rice) (easy to digest)
Herbal tea (cumin, coriander, fennel)

Lunch (12-1pm):

Freshly cooked vegetables with ghee
Roti or brown rice
Dal or lean protein
Buttermilk with cumin (aids digestion)

Dinner (6-7pm):

Vegetable soup or stew
Quinoa or millet
Warm milk with turmeric (before bed)

* This is a general plan. Your personalized plan will be created after Dosha analysis.

Ayurvedic Diet FAQs

While modern nutrition focuses primarily on macronutrients and calories, Ayurvedic diet considers:

  • Your individual body type (Dosha)
  • Digestive capacity (Agni)
  • Food combinations (Viruddha Ahara)
  • Seasonal variations
  • Mental and emotional effects of food

It's a holistic approach that views food as medicine.

Results vary based on individual conditions:

  • Digestive improvements: Often noticed within 1-2 weeks
  • Energy levels: Typically improve in 3-4 weeks
  • Chronic conditions: May require 3-6 months of dietary changes

We recommend committing to at least 6 weeks to experience the full benefits.

Absolutely! Ayurveda is naturally vegetarian-friendly. Our diet plans can be adapted for:

  • Vegetarians: Uses dairy, grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds
  • Vegans: Dairy alternatives like almond milk, coconut milk
  • Lactose-intolerant: Uses cultured dairy like yogurt and buttermilk which are easier to digest

We'll customize based on your dietary preferences and needs.
